Khaleej Salman Beach is one of the natural and beautiful beaches at Jeddah but has limited activities on its side. This study proposes a development project at Khaleej Salman Beach in making Jeddah more suitable environment for tourism, living, holding huge events and for development in different way of life

The project consist of main building including the classrooms, Administration and accommodation and two other building , one is a sport hall and the other is an indoor swimming pool

The project is a dry and climate controlled warehouse that optimally store and preserve a vast variety of food and non-food items stored at the right temperature ( Ambient, AC [+18C], Cold [+4C], Frozen [-12C/-25C] )

The project consist of four basements and GF + seven floors including three restaurants, Roof night club, Spa and Poker games hall located in Kaslik Street Lebanon

The project consist of Main palace connected to two private SPA and a seperate guest building located on Ghanada island in Abu dhabi

The project have been designed to combine building science and high-performance products. It’s designed to reduce overall energy use, CO2 emissions, indoor and outdoor water consumption, and reduce associated energy costs. The villa deploys PV solar panels generates more than it consume. It include power-saving appliances, LED lighting and home energy management system to allow owner to better understand and monitor energy consumption
